Victory Report from The Lighthouse Cathedral, Morgantown, WV
Submitted by Pastor Jon Henry
The theme for the hour "When Desperation meets your Miracle." We had one brother who defied doctors and got up out of his wheelchair and with assistance he began walking. His first attempt was simply getting his faith up. His second attempt, he was able to stand with assistance. His third attempt, he took a couple of steps. On went the preaching. Within that service, six felt a healing with the sign of electricity going through their bodies.
Let's go back to our brother. On the fourth attempt, he leaped up on his own while holding on the pew. On the fifth attempt, his faith reached an all-high level and he walked on his own feet and legs with support and walked about 20 steps. The sanctuary was electrified with the Almighty! On the sixth attempt while sitting on the pew, he was raising both his legs and working out the joints. It was confirmed by his wife that he should not have been able to do anything that he had already done thus far.
On the seventh attempt, he got up with assistance and walked around the sanctuary with some assistance, but he was walking himself. The Spirit had full liberty! All of a sudden, without warning, God literally hit the sanctuary with a surge of spiritual electricity. People began to get drunk in the Spirit and several were slain all at once. The pictures that were taken will tell the rest of the story!

Praise Reports: Thank God for Healing
By Pastor David M. Hudson
Submitted January 28, 2009
I continue to give God praise for His wonderful healing power. This week I returned to my cancer doctor for a six month follow-up check-up. All the blood work numbers continue to be within the normal ranges after one year. He was extremely pleased and said it would not be necessary to see me for another year instead of six months. Praise the Lord! Also, my PSA number has come down to a .02 reading which is excellent, and I likewise praise God for that, following the prostate cancer treatment three years ago now. God's Move No Accident in Accident, MD
By Pastor Larry G. Wallbrown II
Submitted January 26, 2009
Greetings in Jesus name. Just a note of rejoicing as to what the Lord is doing. We are experiencing a mighty move of God in Accident. In the month of January, 2009, nine people have received the Holy Ghost and eight have been baptized in Jesus name. In addition, prodigals have returned and been re-filled as well. I have made it a priority to incorporate the plan of salvation into each service this year. Our congregation knows that they are going to hear (in some fashion) repentance, water baptism in Jesus name, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. That is going to be proclaimed in each service.
Every Sunday of this month (January 2009), we have experienced the outpouring of the end-time revival that Scripture has promised. Our church theme this year is “Seeking Him”, and God is doing the miraculous. A young woman in our congregation was diagnosed with a large mass in her body. All necessary tests were done as to what this could be, but the church prayed, as Scripture declares to us, and the mass that once was there is now gone! What a great God we serve! Our Wednesday Bible study service is called “Straight Talk”, and I have been teaching a series on developing a Righteous Spiritual hunger. The church has made prayer a priority along with worship, and our God is opening the realm of the Holy Ghost in a fashion we never experienced before.
Yesterday, while baptizing, two came out of the water speaking in other tongues. Already we have three to baptize next Sunday, and we anticipate the outpouring of the Spirit again. Last Sunday, a family came for the first time and sat on the last row of pews. God moved in such a great way. The service was rather lengthy, but they stayed and were the last ones to leave. Upon greeting them afterward they said, “This is exactly what we are looking for.” Yesterday they were sitting on the second pew from the front. God refilled the husband with His Spirit, and he was so excited. His wife proclaimed (as we were leaving) that she was next to experience the infilling of the Holy Ghost.
My wife had visited her in the hospital two years ago, when she birthed their first child. The woman remembered that visit, and said she remembered Teresa visiting and praying with her. That is how they remembered our church. Via hospital visitation, food pantry, and any other type outreach, God works in ways we cannot see, and He is manifesting His Spirit to those who are hungry for Him.
I just wanted to share this exciting experience. West Virginia, we are on the horizon of end-time Apostolic revival, and we look to our God who is soon to return for us. We rejoice with our fellow pastors and all the ministry, and we pray God’s continued harvest for this blessed state. May revival fire sweep West Virginia from the north to the south and from east to west, in Jesus name!

Move of God in Apostolic Lighthouse, Mt. Carbon, WV!
By Pastor Greg Hurley
Submitted February 2, 2009
We have truly been experiencing a move of God in our Church. Since December, 2008, we have baptized five in the wonderful name of Jesus. Another will be baptized next Sunday night. We had one brother who had been faithfully attending our church for over five years with his wife (who has been a member for many years). In those five+ years he had missed very few services, but he had never moved from his pew. Recently on a Sunday morning he ran to the altar and surrendered his life to the Lord. He was baptized the following Sunday, and he is currently seeking the Holy Ghost. Last Sunday morning after the message the Holy Ghost fell, and about 30 saints were still praying over an hour past dismissal. Many were renewed in the Holy Ghost.
Yesterday (February 1) was no exception. A faithful member of our church was hospitalized Friday with what the doctors said was a blood clot in her lung. However, yesterday they said that it was no longer there. Praise God!
Our Sunday night service was phenomenal. While the choir was singing, the Spirit of God fell and we had an old fashion HOLY GHOST service that messed up our program. People that hadn't moved in years were dancing in the aisle. One lady who was raised in a Mormon home has repented and is seeking the Holy Ghost. Last night she was in the aisle dancing with tears running down her face. We are believing that she will be baptized soon. Her two teenage children and husband are already filled with the Holy Ghost and active in the Church. We didn't get to preach last night, but at the end of the service two were filled with the Holy Ghost and many were renewed in the Spirit. We are looking forward to what God has in store.

First Service in Elkins, WV for the new Apostolic Lighthouse of Prayer
By Pastor Frank Mooring
Submitted February 19, 2009
On February 7, 2009, New Life Tabernacle in Buckhannon, WV (Pastor Frank Mooring) had their first service in Elkins at the fire station, with help from Christian Apostolic Church in Clarksburg, WV (Pastor Doug Joseph), and North Fork Apostolic Church in Riverton, WV (Pastor Richard Fosdick). These pastors and the folks from their churches were a great blessing.
Rev. Peter Gration, a UPCI-appointed foreign missionary currently deputizing here in the United States, preached a tremendous message in the service. There were 78 people in attendance and two people received the Holy Ghost!
Beginning on February 19, 2009, Apostolic Lighthouse of Prayer will be holding church services on Thursdays at 7:00 pm, at the Elkins YMCA in the Cardiac Room. We are excited about what God is doing!

Rocky Walking After Five Years!
By Pastor Doug Joseph
Submitted February 18, 2009
One of our church members, Bro. Jim Starkey, has a friend that he raised like a son. The younger man, Rocky, was bitten by a very poisonous spider about five years ago, and the poison caused a terrible infection that left Rocky paralyzed from the chest down. He has not walked at all for five years.
Rather, that is he had not walked in five years, until after God worked a miracle following a 40 day fast that Rocky completed.
Rocky had read somewhere that demonstrating your faith - by (1) giving, (2) praying, and (3) fasting - would touch God. He began to demonstrate his faith in this way. Rocky had completed several 21 day fasts, and each time he regained something (for instance, the ability to lift himself out bed, etc). He declared to his "Dad" (Bro. Starkey) that he just knew that when he completed this 40 day fast, he would be able to walk.
One of the things he had regained earlier was the ability to stand. As he completed the 40 day fast, he began to stand each day, in the yard. On the third day after the fast, the Spirit spoke to him and said, "Envision yourself walking in your mind, and you will be able to walk." He said, "I don't understand." The reply was something along these lines, "Your spirit and your natural body are connected in your mind. Envision it by faith and it will happen. You have to walk in spirit before you can walk in the natural."
Rocky envisioned himself walking, and then he began to walk. Mind you, there have been five years since he walked. Surely his muscles were atrophied. But he and a witness with him testified that he did not walk like a semi-paralyzed person (who would use the upper body to pick up the legs), but rather he walked like a normal man. He did have braces on, and they actually hindered him some. The next day his legs were so sore he could not touch them, for the pain. Mind you, previously, he had no sensation at all!
On the day he walked, after a while he started counting steps. He counted 154 steps taken after he started counting! He is anxious for the soreness to go down so he can walk some more. Praise the Lord Jesus!

Pastors,
Global Impact, while seen by some as merely another program, can be the catylyst to inspire and motivate your congregation to IMPACT your city.
With thirty days fasting and prayer, begin 2009 pursuing the presence of God and let us step into this year with a greater desire for true apostolic revival.
We can no longer wait for someone else to do it. It must be an "It's up to me attitude!" Please help us understand better how our district is doing, by sending the following information to:
WV Impact c/o David Johnston Rt. 1, Box 106B Ravenswood, WV 26164
All that we need is: 1. 2008 Average Sunday Attendance 2. How many Bible Studies were taught during 2008 3. How many were baptized in Jesus name during 2008 4. How many received the Holy Ghost during 2008
Thank you for helping us with West Virginia Impact.
